HAPPY JULY 1ST - IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY!
Gather some river rocks that are nice and smooth.
Add some white craft paint as a background.
Decoupage Americana ephemera.
Note: When you decoupage you want to use thin paper. I found my images in magazines. However, if you would like to purchase a book full of all holiday ephemera that you print yourself I have attached a link to one that I have.

I used mod podge to glue my images. Choose whichever finish you prefer either matte or glossy.

Paint some dots or stars.
